Accessing the Anti-Dumping System

The Anti-Dumping Commission administers Australia’s anti-dumping system for both applicants and respondents by:

  • providing liaison services and advice to interested parties of their rights and obligations in accessing the anti-dumping system;
  • conducting investigations into the claims made to justify the imposition, variation or continuation of anti-dumping measures;
  • conducting inquiries into claims made that circumvention of dumping and / or countervailing duty notices occurred; and
  • making recommendations to the Minister for the imposition, variation or continuation of the measures.

The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission is currently trialling a subscription service to notify website users of recent changes made to the website. Notifications may include general updates, changes to the electronic public record and updates to existing measures.
